Return Policy

At ShopBizz Wholesale, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please follow the guidelines below for returns and exchanges:

Initiating Returns/Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Our inventory moves quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible to facilitate exchanges.

Return Process:

  • Complete the Return/Exchange Form, which you can download here.
  • Include the completed form with your item(s) for return/exchange.

Shipping Recommendations:

  • You are responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using a shipping method that can be insured and tracked for your peace of mind.

Clearance Items:

  • All clearance items purchased on Stylishme.com are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to process your exchange/return once we receive your package.

Return Conditions:

  • Merchandise cannot be returned if it has been washed or worn and must be in its original packaging with tags attached.

Hygiene Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of earrings, cosmetics, lingerie sets, panties, tights, or similar intimate items. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
  • Bras and bralettes may be returned or exchanged with tags attached and no visible signs of wear.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • ShopBizz Wholesale is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.

Return Postage:

  • You will not be reimbursed for your return postage.

Refunds:

  • You will receive a refund for your original purchase once we receive your returned item.

Gift Card Returns:

  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed for the purchase of a gift card (final sale).

eGift Card Returns:

  • Cancellation refunds can be requested for the purchase of an eGift card scheduled for future delivery date. Please contact Customer Support for a refund. Contact us at: team@shopbizzwholesale.com

  • ShopBizz Wholesale reserves the right to change our policies without notice at our discretion.
